Most orders take 1 to 2 business days to process. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Any charges related to customs, VAT, duty taxes or import/export fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of any local laws regarding our products before placing an order.
Customers assumes all responsibility for items purchased once they have been shipped. Any lost, damaged or miss-delivered shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Element Mods highly recommends that shipments be insured with the carrier.
Due to the nature of the products for sale at Element Mods, all sales are final, with the exception of defective items. If a product is defective, the customer must notify Element Mods within 5 business days of receipt in order to arrange for a return for replacement or refund. Returned defective products must include all original packaging. If Element Mods makes an error in fulfilling an order by shipping an incorrect item, Element Mods will correct the shipment once the incorrect item has been returned. Customer must contact Element Mods within 7 business days of receipt (BEFORE) returning the incorrect item
